SMS Messaging Terms

These SMS Terms & Consent (the “SMS Terms”) govern text-message communications between you and Kaysey Anderson, a licensed Washington State commercial real estate broker with SVN® | Retter & Company (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our contact form, you agree to these SMS Terms.

Program description

When you opt in to SMS messaging from Kaysey Anderson · SVN® | Retter & Company, you may receive text messages related to commercial real estate listings, transaction updates, scheduling, tour confirmations, and follow-up communications about properties or services you have inquired about.

Consent & opt-in

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from us by:

• Checking the SMS consent checkbox on the contact form at kayseyandco.com (this is an explicit, voluntary opt-in)
• Providing verbal or written consent during an in-person meeting, phone call, or email exchange in which you affirmatively agree to receive SMS messages

Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any property, service, or representation. You may withdraw consent at any time using the opt-out instructions below.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on the active commercial real estate matters you are working on with us. You may receive up to approximately 10 messages per month per active engagement, with higher volume during active negotiations, tour scheduling, or closing periods.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier related to receiving SMS or MMS messages. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.

Opt-out (STOP)

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from our number. After you reply STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and will not send you any further SMS messages unless you re-opt-in.

You may also opt out by emailing kaysey.anderson@svn.com with the subject “SMS Opt-Out” and your mobile number.

Help (HELP)

For help with our SMS program, reply HELP to any message you receive from us, or contact us directly at 509.940.7865 or kaysey.anderson@svn.com. You will receive instructions on opting out, getting more information, and contacting Kaysey Anderson directly.

Supported carriers

Our SMS program is supported by major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile number is used solely to communicate with you about your real estate matters with Kaysey Anderson · SVN® | Retter & Company.

We may share your number with service providers who help us deliver SMS messages (e.g., our CRM and messaging platform) solely for the purpose of facilitating these communications. Those providers are contractually bound to handle your information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Privacy

Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these SMS Terms by reference. Information collected through SMS communications is treated in accordance with that policy.

Changes to these SMS Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects when the current version took effect. Continued use of our SMS program after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
