Kaysey Anderson is a commercial real estate broker with SVN | Retter & Company and the person behind Kaysey & Co. Based in the Tri-Cities, she helps property owners, business owners and investors with retail leasing and sales, tenant representation, and land and development opportunities.
Her work starts with understanding what a client needs, looking closely at the property, and working through the details that affect the next step. Before entering commercial real estate, Kaysey worked in procurement and strategic sourcing at AWS and project scheduling at Bechtel. That background brings a practical approach to evaluating options, coordinating people and keeping projects moving.
Kaysey is a U.S. Air Force veteran and holds a BAS in Project Management from Columbia Basin College. She also serves on the Richland Planning Commission and as a Tri-City Regional Chamber Ambassador.
